Meet Rimita
Certified Life Coach & Transformation Expert
I did not grow up planning this life. At 21, I entered an arranged marriage because that was the script. I became a mother young and learned responsibility in real time. My son’s autism diagnosis changed the landscape of my world overnight. I learned systems, therapy schedules, school meetings, advocacy, and how to be calm when everything felt urgent. My marriage ended, not loudly, but like a curtain dropping on a version of myself I could no longer carry. Divorce taught me both liberation and loneliness in the same breath.
Alongside this, my career was taking shape. Finance, audit, operations, leadership. I learned to speak corporate like a native language. Amazon. IBM. HP. Capgemini. Targets, KPIs, stakeholder management, metrics that measured everything except how I actually felt. I knew how to excel on paper. I knew how to be chosen. I knew how to survive the year and negotiate the next one. I was flourishing and invisible to myself at the same time. That is the soil I grew from.
Not inspiration. Not a makeover. Just a human being who had to learn her own capacity the slow way.

How I Got Here
In 2025, I earned a big promotion into a high paying role, and within six months, I chose to leave. Not from collapse or crisis, but because the direction of my life had shifted. I wanted my work to make sense in human terms, not only in corporate metrics. I had learned what I needed to learn there, and it gave me the confidence to choose a path that felt aligned. Being a single mother to an autistic child taught me resilience and clarity in a different language, and I knew I could use both skillsets with purpose.
I created The Radical Edit to support people who are responsible, capable, ambitious, and human. People who want clarity they can actually use, confidence that is lived not acted, mindset and nervous system tools that work in real life. TRE is where structure meets sensitivity, achievement meets alignment, and growth is built, not forced. I did not leave to escape. I left to serve. Coaching is how I help people build lives they can live in, not just manage.
