From relationships to career to the way you meet yourself everyday, we build emotional clarity, mindset literacy, and self-leadership that you can use in real life, not just in sessions. Your coaching plan is customised to your season of life, the roles you hold, and the responsibilities you carry. Before anything else, we talk. Just a conversation to see if we’re a match and if TRE is the right container for you. If we decide to work together, we begin the practice of designing your life with intention: • 4 sessions per month • 45 minutes each • Minimum 3-month commitment (to build skills, not moments) This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about becoming someone true.
